November 2026 Pickleball Roundup

Total Sport Solutions display table at the TSS Day client event at Shoot 360 Oakville

This month starts with a thank you. In October we hosted our first TSS Day for backyard court clients, and our CEO explains why he wanted to do it and why he hopes it grows. After that, you will find this month's tournaments across Ontario, British Columbia and Alberta, an off-season update from the Canadian National Pickleball League, and where you can play on our courts.

Why We Hosted a Day Just to Say Thank You

Most of the courts we build will last for decades. That is good news for families, and it means we can go years without seeing the people we built for. Once a court is in, clients have no reason to call.

On October 4, we set out to change that. We hosted our first annual TSS Day and invited our backyard court clients to Shoot 360 in Oakville, a basketball training facility where we installed the hardwood floors. Almost 95 per cent of our backyard courts include basketball, so the venue fit. We had been thinking about a client event for years, and hosting it at our office and warehouse never made sense. "There's nothing here for them, other than to see where we operate out of," says our CEO, Ian Lintott.

Everyone brought their kids, and some families drove more than an hour. We weren't looking for a return order, since a family rarely needs a second court. "We genuinely wanted to bring our clients together and celebrate them and thank them for their business," Ian says. "I can't see how that could ever be a wrong thing to do."

Only a small share of our hundreds of clients made it this time, and we expected that. "The first year it starts, it's never a big event, but it grows. And we hope that will happen." Ian's advice to any business thinking about a client day of its own is to start small and bring together "your tribe, your people, your community."

Here is what is happening on courts across the country this month.

The Canadian National Pickleball League Turns to 2027

Season 4 wrapped in September, and the league is already building rosters for the next one. Grand River Rapids' Bruno Faletto was named league MVP, and the Canadian National Pickleball League has been running player spotlights on its news page. They include London Smash's Ryan Torresin, who reached 100 career game wins at the playoffs, and Toronto United's Maria Klokotzky, who won 41 games in her debut season. The league published its first list of 2027 re-signings on November 1, with 12 players confirmed so far.
